MACTEX Equipment

Air Displacement Unit

Simple and basic application for short distance feeding – using compressed air to generate suction with low noise vacuum converter.
1) Vaccum Ejector
A vacuum ejector utilizes compressed air to create a vacuum that draws materials from a feed point into a conveying line. This equipment is ideal for short-distance conveying or space-constrained environments and often comes with ATEX certification, making it suitable for use in explosive atmospheres.
2) Channel Blower
A channel blower creates pressure through the interaction of air with a rotating impeller in a side channel. It's ideal for systems that require moderate pressure but high airflow, often used for transporting lightweight materials such as powders and pellets.
3) Roots blower
A roots blower operates using two or three lobed rotors that rotate in opposite directions to trap and push air through the system, creating a constant airflow. Roots blowers are particularly effective in systems requiring high pressure and are commonly used for conveying heavier materials like grains, pellets, and powders.
4) Centrifugal Fan
A centrifugal fan efficiently handles large volumes of air, making it suitable for transporting light, non-abrasive materials like dust and small particles over long distances or against resistance.
5) Compressed Air Operated Conveyor
A compressed air operated conveyor uses a stream of high-pressure air to create venturi effect to suction-blow material from pick up point to the receiver without moving part and its portable set up. Applicable for medium-low conveying requirement.
